Marilyn Sanders: Executive Directer: Forensic Interviewer
Mrs. Sanders has a degree in Behavioral Sciences and is a Certified Forensic Interviewer who has completed over 2000 interviews with suspected child abuse victims. She has previously worked as a Child Abuse Investigator, Case Manager, and Director for SCAN (Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect); Social Services Coordinator for Paris School District for 16 years; and Forensic Interviewer for Hamilton House Child Advocacy Center in Fort Smith for 5 years.

Mrs. Gray is a long-term resident of Pope County. She has assisted her community for 12 years in personal, professional, and financial decisions. Mrs. Gray completed her degree in Behavioral Science in December 2017. During that time she completed her internship at the Help Network, a local community non-profit helping people through difficulties. Amy is also working towards accreditation with Positve Parenting Program to begin offering parenting classes to our families.

Nickie Johnson: Family Advocate Nickie@rivervalleycac.com Mrs. Johnson is a resident of Johnson county. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Rehab Science from Arkansas Tech University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree with Northeastern State University of Tahlequah, OK to be a therapist. She has completed Stuart's of Children, ChildFirst Arkansas Forensic Interview training, and MYTE training. Active Johnson county CASA volunteer. |
Stephanie Carter: Forensic Interviewer
Stephanie@RiverValleyCAC.com Mrs. Carter is a resident of Pope county. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Arkansas Tech University. Ms. Carter is a former Lead Teacher and Direct Care professional working 2 years for children with developmental disabilities. Mrs. Carter has completed ChildFirst Arkansas Forensic Interview training, participates in ongoing FI training and peer reviews, and has conducted over 700 Forensic Interviews since hired in October 2019. |
Letty allbright: Family Advocate: Interpreter
Letty@rivervalleycac.com Mrs. Allbright is a resident of Pope County. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Marketing from Arkansas Tech University. She has served the Russellville School District through interpreting services for over 5 years. Mrs. Allbright has been married for 3 years. She and her husband are Youth Pastors at City Church, and love getting to serve the youth in the River Valley. |
Haleigh Austin: Child Abuse Education Specialist
Haleigh@rivervalleycac.com Ms. Austin is a resident of Pope County. She has a bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Science with a minor in Disability Studies from Arkansas Tech University. She is currently working on getting her master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with an emphasis in mental health. Ms. Austin has 3 years of experience working with children as a Lead Teacher at a local daycare as well as interning and ongoing volunteer work with a nonprofit facility assisting individuals recovering from substance abuse. |

She has worked as a registered nurse for 19 years specializing in women’s and children’s health, including labor and delivery, obstetrics, and pediatrics. She has also completed training through Midwest Regional Medical Academy and Interned with Arkansas Children’s Hospital to become a Pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. |
Barbara Clark: RN, BSN, SANE
Barbara@rivervalleycac.com Ms. Clark is a long time resident of Pope County. She is a Registered Nurse, graduating in 1997 from the University of Arkansas. She has worked in the OR, Women’s and Children’s Health, including labor and delivery. She specializes in Pediatrics having worked for a local pediatrician as well as Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Ms. Clark has completed training through Midwest Regional Medical Academy and interned at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the Hamilton Center for Child Advocacy to become a Pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. She has 25 plus years experience as a Nurse and previously served her community working in Law Enforcement for over 13 years. |
